Pitches and weather for the 50-over match in Doha are the biggest factors for cricket in the 50-overs match. The playing conditions can affect the strategies of teams for bowling and for batting and also can cause delays to a match.
Read official match reports and confirm the venue for updates on a tournament in progress as opposed to relying on previous fixtures for a lead on how a match may unfold.
Playing XI and Team News
An announced squad does not necessarily mean that all players will actually be playing in each match.
Wait until official confirmation is received of a teamโs final 11 players to see if any players are still suffering from injury and find out the teamโs latest team news and make suitable changes to your predictions for that match.
Match Format and Tournament Pressure
In 50-over matches played in tournaments, to gain advantage, teams require to find a balance between scoring runs and saving wickets and bowlers need to manage their overs smartly.
In 50 over cricket, the team will be searching for a balance between scoring and losing wickets. Bowlers will have to show discipline in their longer spells as well.
The pressure to win in a knockout match is a huge one as one single match can be the end of their tournament campaign.
